Refrigeration Unit for Wine Tanks

A Mario Dorin refrigeration unit was installed for winemaking. On this project the requirement was an absolutely stable temperature in the fermentation tanks for pre-fermentation cold maceration of the grapes. The connection to the existing tank system was made with pre-insulated pipework to maintain cooling.
